Reason for Planned Power Interruption
According to the IESCO Central Control Center spokesman, these temporary shutdowns are strictly necessary to conduct annual pre-autumn line clearing, tree trimming around 11kV distribution conductors, insulation testing, and the installation of high-capacity transformers to mitigate unscheduled tripping during peak load hours.
