The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) management has released the scheduled maintenance shutdown schedule for Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Power supply across specified feeders will be suspended temporarily to facilitate grid station maintenance and development line works.

Affected Circles, Feeders & Localities
According to the IESCO press release, the following sub-divisions and feeders will be impacted between 09:00 AM and 02:00 PM:
1. Islamabad Circle
Feeders: G-9/1, G-9/4, I-10/4, Bhara Kahu, NIH, University, Golf City, Shahdara.
Areas: Sector G-9/1, G-9/4 Markaz, I-10/4 industrial area, Bhara Kahu main bazaar, Simly Dam road, Quaid-e-Azam University campus area.
2. Rawalpindi Cantt & City Circles
Feeders: Satellite Town, KRL, Bahria Phase 7, Chaklala, Commercial Market.
Areas: Satellite Town Blocks A, B, C, Commercial Market shopping strip, KRL road, Chaklala Scheme 3, and adjoining residential blocks.
3. Chakwal & Jhelum Circles
Feeders: Talagang Rural, Choa Saidan Shah, Sohawa, Dina-2, Pind Dadan Khan.
Areas: Talagang bypass road, Choa Saidan Shah coal mine zone, Sohawa commercial strip, Dina city bypass.

IESCO apologizes for any inconvenience caused to consumers during this maintenance shutdown. Power may be restored earlier than scheduled if field work finishes ahead of time.
