Your 14-digit Reference Number is printed on the upper left-hand side of any previous physical IESCO bill stub. It consists of 14 numerical digits (for example, 01 12345 6789012 U). Enter only the 14 numerical digits without spaces or batch letters.
The 14-digit Reference Number identifies your specific connection geographic subdivision, category, and meter sequence. The 10-digit Customer ID is your permanent customer account number in IESCO's centralized billing database. Both can be used to query your bill on the PITC portal.
Direct public lookup by CNIC is not supported on web search portals due to privacy restrictions. However, you can register your CNIC with IESCO by sending 'REG <14-digit Reference Number>' to 8118 to receive automated SMS bill updates every month.
No, physical meter serial numbers are not indexed in public online search tools. If you have lost your printed bill and only have access to your meter plate, you can take a clear photograph of the meter face and visit your local IESCO Sub-Divisional Office for assistance.

Peak hours are specific hours during the day when electricity demand is highest, and units consumed during these hours are charged at a higher per-unit tariff rate. Peak hours vary by season (typically 7 PM to 11 PM in summer, and 6 PM to 10 PM in winter). Reducing heavy appliance usage during peak hours helps lower your overall bill.
The official duplicate bill generated via PITC includes a dedicated 12-month historical consumption table showing unit usage (kWh), billed amounts, and payment dates for the preceding 12 billing cycles.
